Freelance CEO

Well, for a limited time period only, I’m offering to freelance as a CEO.
So if you are interested in having me run your company; email me with a brief about your company and a fat juicy financial offer.
A picture of my main secretary would be a nice option to include with your email if possible.

This offer is mainly targeted at big multinational companies. Anyway, if you’re not that big, but you still think you are worth my time, send me an email and I’ll consider reading it.

Btw, I have no experience running a company at all. I just go with the flow and with whatever impulse I get. Could make you billions in profit and could crash your multi-billion dollar empire to the ground. Depends on the day.

I’m good with people, too good in fact, so good that I hate being around people and will only feel comfortable communicating through IM.

Business sense? Yeah sure. If you’re in IT, just stay away from whatever Microsoft is doing. You don’t have a chance.
Another industry? hmmm. Same thing; stay away from Microsoft, you don’t want their software ruining your business.

And well, we can talk about the rest later.
Talking of that, you’ll never see me, never know my real name, never talk to me directly, nothing!
The one thing you’ll know is my bank account number to be able to transfer my salary.

Now, let the offers begin…

Life Assessment Quiz

I just came across this Life Assessment Quiz called the Clean Sweep Program.

This program is a checklist of 100 items which, when completed, give one complete personal freedom. These 100 items are grouped in 4 areas of life with 25 in each group: Physical Environment, Well-being, Money and Relationships. These 4 areas are the cornerstone for a strong and healthy life and the program helps a person to clean up, restore and polish virtually every aspect of his/her life. The program takes between 6 – 24 months to complete.

It’s very interesting. I got a total of 34, which is among the average total first-time participants get.
And so, I have a lot of work to do to reach 100, and no time to waste.

Phone problem & Blog addiction

This weekend our phone line went dead. For no reason, it just stopped working; no pulse, no anything.
I really don’t know why Tunisie Telecom seem to hate me!

Anyway, I don’t really care for the phone line that much, what I care about is that without it I don’t have access to the internet, and so no access to my blog.
Now that sucks like hell!

I’ve been itching the whole weekend waiting for a chance to blog anything, lol.

Damn this sweet addicition ๐Ÿ˜‰

Blog Re-design

So, what do you know, in a month from now, this blog will be 1 year old.
Time flies by so quickly when you’re doing something you enjoy.

And well, for that occasion, I’m thinking of launching a new design for the blog.

I’ve been thinking about this for a while and have occasionally played around with some concepts in my free time, but I still don’t have anything ready yet.

I’m currently influenced by a number of other cool blog designs, even though I think what I will eventually do won’t look like any of them ๐Ÿ˜›

Anyway, as readers of the blog, I would appreciate any feedback you have on the current design, what you find most interesting, what direction you think I should take the blog, the colours, the ideas and any other types of suggestions.

My main goal is to make the blog look cooler and nicer, make it more usable, give it more life and make it more comfy for myself and you readers.

Friguia Park

Today, we woke up and found some really nice weather outside which made us feel like going out, so we called some friends and suggested we go out somewhere to enjoy the weather.

We suggested we go to either the Friguia Park or Hammamet or Korbous, although we felt more like going to Friguia Park because we heard a lot about it, but never got to check it out.
Anyway, we ended up going there.

Friguia (meaning Africa) is another zoo that opened last year in Tunisia, and almost everyone who ever checked it out said that it was really nice.
And well, I agree.
It doesn’t have more animals than the Tunis zoo (Belvedere), in fact it has less, although it has some animals you won’t find at the Tunis zoo.
But the setting is really nice and they’re taking better care of it.

There is a nice souvenirs shop that has some really nice stuff but which I thought was over-priced, especially that I saw some of the same stuff in other places at really cheaper prices.

We had lunch in a restaurant inside the park which actually had some good food despite all the jokes I made about it before tasting the food.

It’s quite big and by the time we finished, our feet were aching and we were dying to get home and rest.

It was really fun discovering the place, seeing the animals and catching up with our friends.

Extra Special Day

Everyone has their special days in the year, days when they feel happy and joyful, days when they celebrate and enjoy life, days when they feel like they’re floating above the clouds.

But no day is like today, no day can even compare to May 6th.

Because on this day, an angel was born, a beautiful wonderful angel that God created with me in mind, my amazing wife ๐Ÿ™‚

So, Happy Birthday Honey ๐Ÿ™‚
I wish this birthday brings you all you ever wished for and more and that I’m able to make you the happiest woman alive.

I’m truly blessed to have you, and I can never imagine my life without you.
You’re the reason behind every smile that’s ever drawn on my face ๐Ÿ™‚
You truly light up my life.

I love you.

Happy Birthday Sweetheart ๐Ÿ™‚

AdSense

Well I’ve finally been approved to enter the Google AdSense program.
I was hoping the domain name would do the trick ๐Ÿ˜‰

So, I’ll be playing around with it a bit and seeing where best to place the ads so that they don’t affect the overall user experience or make it annoying but still offer a plus for you and for me ๐Ÿ˜‰

Damn! I’m MAD!!!

Man, am I mad right now!

This truly sucks big time!

I wake up this morning, already feeling like shit because I didn’t get enough sleep, and what do I find?
I find that during the night, my car was opened and stolen from!
My original music cds, my jacket, my wife’s jacket and the extra tire, all stolen by some bastard(s)!

I hate this!
People keep telling me that thankfully it wasn’t such a big thing that was stolen and that other people had it worse, but I don’t care what happened with other people right now, all I care about and know is that my shit was stolen.
Stuff that I worked hard to get and that some bastard off the street stole from me so easily!

Plus, out of nowhere now I’m faced with expenses to buy a new extra tire, wire the car with a security alarm and more.

Anyone else dare to tell me that it’s ok and I’ll screw his head off his body!

Where the hell were the damn security people who are supposed to be guarding the place?!
That just beats me!
Probably in their little room jacking off to some gay porn while thieves go around stealing people’s cars and houses.

Oh God, am I mad right now!

Master of English

I just took this quiz called: “How grammatically sound are you?”.

And well, here are the results:

You are a MASTER of the English language!

While your English is not exactly perfect, you are still more grammatically correct than just about every American. Still, there is always room for improvement…

Now, I never expected that.
I mean, ok, I know my English is quite good; It practically was my mother tongue. But I know that I have some weakness in grammar sometimes.
And God do I hate punctuation!
I always feel I’m putting my punctuation marks in the wrong places and I probably am.

Anyway, now that I read the result again and see that I’m being compared to Americans, I think I’m starting to agree ๐Ÿ˜›
